The Madrid Academy of Gastronomy has just celebrated the 7th Edition of the Gastronomy Awards of the Community of Madrid<\/a>. Held at the Real Casa de Correo, this event recognizes the best of the region’s gastronomy sector. Only 5 days after the appointment of the new president of the Academy, Rogelio Enr\u00edquez, in this seventh edition, awards were once again given in different categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The celebration was attended by personalities such as the President of the Community of Madrid, Isabel D\u00edaz Ayuso, who also presented the award for best Restaurant\/Cuisine, which went to Ugo Chan – who won the Tapas Magazine Golden T in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
