But we were missing this fusion between sweet and sour, with an almost indescribable bitter touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is this peculiar dessert? It is a simple recipe based on pickled gherkins dipped in chocolate with a touch of salt flakes. Let macerate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Then remove at room temperature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meanwhile, in another bowl, melt the chocolate bar and mix with the coconut oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dip the pickle slices in the chocolate and place them in a suitable tray. Then sprinkle them with the sea salt flakes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.
