The 15th edition of the international competition dedicated to the design of restaurant spaces was held this year at the Floraticca<\/strong> in London<\/strong> to evaluate more than 1,130 entries from 61 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The panel of experts, made up of 40 of the most influential personalities in design, hospitality and lifestyle at global level, wanted to celebrate this year the work of Cicchetti<\/strong>, a London restaurant designed by Fettle Design, and that of Bar Luma<\/strong>, located in Adelaide (Australia), conceived by Hachem.<\/p>\n\n\n

Cicchetti Restaurant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Beyond its elevated interior jewel created by Fettle Design<\/strong>, Cicchetti also stands out for its culinary artistry through regionally inspired dishes with ingredients from artisan Italian producers such as its black truffle ravioli or its burrata with smoked aubergine and toasted hazelnuts.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fettle’s captivating design, which harmoniously balances functionality with aesthetics, further elevates the experience, reflecting the restaurant’s history and spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n

Luma Bar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Designed by Hachem, Luma Bar<\/strong> has become Australia’s most beautiful hospitality space for its distinctive and immersive space in which to engage all the senses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luma is best known for its barista coffees, espresso lunch and teas that have made it the city’s hot spot to experience the bold flavours and local organic ingredients of its innovative cocktails.<\/p>\n\n\n

A celebration of aesthetics and design<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony also saw the unveiling of five other global regional winners<\/strong>, and 37 other award winners<\/strong> in different categories, which became the prelude to other awards recognising the best designers in the UK and around the world, and their clients, responsible for designing the most innovative food and beverage spaces.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Montreal’s Caf\u00e9 Constance<\/strong>, designed by Atelier Z\u00e9bulon Perron, to Shanghai’s Lai Zhou<\/strong> Asian restaurant-bar by RooMoo Design Studio or Beano’s<\/strong> in Cairo, Egypt created by Shewekar.
