This is what has happened in Egypt in a new archaeological expedition where they have discovered sealed jars of wine in a tomb that, apparently, is 5,000 years old and belongs to a woman who is believed to have been the first pharaoh of Egypt, as reported by SWNS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The expedition carried out by a German-Austrian team led by archaeologist Christiana K\u00f6hler of the University of Vienna, was conducting excavation work in the tomb of Queen Meret-Neith at Abydos when they found large jars of wine, some of them well preserved and even still sealed in their original state. However, the supposed wine was not in liquid state, so they could not determine if it was red or white.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/vino-egipto.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/vino-egipto-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-213632\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/vino-egipto-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/vino-egipto-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/vino-egipto-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/vino-egipto-1000x563.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/vino-egipto-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/vino-egipto.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We found a lot of organic residues, grape pips and crystals, possibly tartar, and all of this is currently being scientifically analyzed.
