In Madrid, the new gastronomic project of the Trocadero group opens in a historic location, where Mayte Commodore<\/strong> was located. It is the tenth establishment of the group, which is expanding above all on the Costa del Sol. It aims to transfer the spirit of the beach bar to the capital, with its fish, its meat, and its rice. Of course, also with the Japanese touch that distinguishes it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
