Formula 1 will debut its Las Vegas Grand Prix<\/a> November 16-18 with a 3.8-mile track that weaves past casinos on the Strip, and this unprecedented Vegas race week will also be a culinary extravaganza. Some of the world\u2019s most high-profile chefs and restaurateurs, including Gordon Ramsay and Giada De Laurentiis, will be on-site for special events at their Caesars Entertainment<\/a> hot spots during F1 week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt is no secret that I am a huge F1 fan, and I have no doubt that Las Vegas will really take it to the next level for the inaugural race on the Strip,\u201d Ramsay, who will host dinners at both Harrah\u2019s and Caesars Palace, says in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s an exclusive first look at the culinary experiences at Caesars Entertainment properties during F1 week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gordon Ramsay<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On November 16, the acclaimed chef and boisterous TV personality will share stories from his culinary journey and curate the menu for a 5 p.m. dinner inside Ramsay\u2019s Kitchen at Harrah\u2019s. The $250-per-person three-course meal will include a wine or cocktail pairing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On November 17, Ramsay will host a glamorous trackside dinner at Hell\u2019s Kitchen at Caesars Palace. The $500-per-person four-course meal with a wine or cocktail pairing will feature a personal gift from Ramsay for each guest. The chef will discuss his love of Formula 1 racing before practice on the track lights up the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nobu Matsuhisa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The legendary sushi chef will offer 1 p.m. sushi-making demonstrations at Nobu at Caesars Palace on November 17 and at Nobu at Paris Las Vegas on November 18. The intimate $500-per-person gatherings will be limited to 14 guests per day and include a feast with sushi, toro, A5 wagyu, caviar, cocktails and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giada De Laurentiis<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf I wasn\u2019t a chef, it would be my dream to be a Formula One driver,\u201d De Laurentiis said in a statement. \u201cI am excited and honored to be a part of the first-ever F1 race in Las Vegas, and I look forward to hosting fans for a special brunch at my restaurant at The Cromwell.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On November 19 at 11 a.m. (the morning after the big race), the beloved TV chef and cookbook author will host a $250-per-person trackside brunch with Italian-inspired dishes at Giada at The Cromwell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lisa Vanderpump<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Weekend brunch starts at 11 a.m. Friday during F1 week with the reality-TV star and restaurateur\u2019s A Very Vanderpump Brunch at Vanderpump \u00e0 Paris inside Paris Las Vegas. Vanderpump will curate the November 17 menu and offer her family\u2019s signature Vanderpump Ros\u00e9 at the $250-per-person event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chefs Shift Into Overdrive For F1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Formula 1, of course, has become an international spectacle with appearances from prominent chefs around the world. During Miami\u2019s F1 week in May, the four-night $3,000-per-person Carbone Beach<\/a> pop-up and a one-night $6,000 Massimo Bottura<\/a> pop-up were the talk of the town. At last month\u2019s Singapore F1 week, dining highlights included a Wolfgang Puck and Tetsuya Wakuda lunch collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puck and Wakuda, not incidentally, both have restaurants on the Vegas Strip. You can expect 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, with Wakuda, Chica and Yardbird at The Venetian, to have a strong presence during Vegas F1 week. And Wolfgang Puck Catering is part of the\u00a0MGM Resorts culinary lineup<\/a>\u00a0for F1. MGM Resorts is also creating the trackside Bellagio Fountain Club with food from Mario Carbone, David Chang, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina and other star chefs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
