The famous chef from Girona, Jordi Roca, is one of the most recognized pastry chefs worldwide. His restaurant, El Celler de Can Roca<\/a><\/strong>, has three Michelin stars and has been recognized as one of the 50 best restaurants worldwide by ‘Restaurant<\/a><\/em>‘ magazine. That same magazine named him the best pastry chef in the world in 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
