FRIDAY 6TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Within the time frame of what seems to be an eternal summer, we will continue to prolong that feeling during the weekend, starting at Santa Mar\u00eda Gastrobar<\/strong>. The new design restaurant, located in the lobby of the Hotel Barcel\u00f3 Torre de Madrid<\/strong>, is presented as a gastronomic space that fuses contemporary elements with a culinary proposal based on tapas reinvented through international cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Inside its space, dressed in the eclectic and vibrant patterns of Jaime Hayon, a DJ sets the mood for the evening to elevate the experience to a multi-sensory ritual.<\/p>\n\n\n

Having already passed the day, we will activate the night session at Casa Pepa<\/a><\/strong>, the reference clubber party that hosts the Sala El Sol, which this Friday will feature a lineup full of urban and electronic music sets provided by Dj Batanero, Drizzyclare and Dj Popi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 7TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday we will eat at 80 degrees Valdebebas<\/strong>, another of the most exciting openings of the culinary scene in the capital that continues to serve its concept of delicate design and its menu based on hot and cold mini-dishes with which to democratize gastronomic luxury.<\/p>\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

There, we will taste some of its outstanding dishes such as the truffled egg or the mellow rib sandwich, paired with its famous drinks in three textures within its architectural space structured around a circular bar.<\/p>\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

At sunset, we will make a first stop at our favorite neo-tavern La Gilder\u00eda<\/strong>, where, of course, we will eat some of their gildas inspired by different northern formats such as anchovy with olives and chives or shrimp and quail egg. And all this together with some house vermouth.<\/p>\n\n\n

Without leaving La Latina<\/strong>, we will head to Shoko to attend the concert of Judeline, the Cadiz artist who has altered the national scene with her siren songs that mix different urban genres such as R&B, soul or flamenco. SUNDAY 8TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sundays are for brunch, and we don’t want to deviate from this gastronomic religion. This Sunday, we will live the morning experience at Crust\u00f3 de Gaztambide, the temple of eggs benedict<\/strong> made with different ingredients such as smoked salmon, toasted Iberian bacon or pastrami, served on natural Crust\u00f3 bread baked in their workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Beyond eggs, we will enjoy their artisanal pastries, such as their brownie or carrot cake, and their yogurts with berries and muesli, accompanied by a Bellini cocktail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We close the weekend with an alternative cinema experience at La Sala Equis<\/strong>. There, on Sunday at 7.30 p.m., one of the most promising national films will be screened.<\/p>\n\n\n
