Despite only being able to accumulate three Michelin stars in one restaurant, there are countless reputable chefs who extend their gastronomic identity and influence to several restaurants.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this regard, a recent survey determined who was the chef with the most Michelin stars worldwide. 21 stars<\/strong> that surround the aura of a single person: Alain Ducasse<\/strong>, the chef who has a career of more than 40 years at the head of prestigious restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n

He is a key figure in the world of international gastronomy, currently overseeing 34 restaurants<\/strong> in seven countries: from the renowned Le Louis XV<\/strong> in Monaco, his hometown, which has three stars, to his eponymous restaurant at The Dorchester <\/strong>in central London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ducasse<\/strong> is known for being the great architect of a culinary movement that fuses products, techniques and traditions from different periods and countries that, beyond his restaurant complex, he transfers to his books and his own cooking institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although stars are technically awarded to restaurants and not chefs, this star of gastronomy personally opened all those kitchens, and restaurants that, as he revealed to Forbes<\/strong>, become ‘a succession of small craft workshops, telling their own story’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
