There is no need for any excuse or special occasion to enjoy Mexican gastronomy. But it so happens that September 15 and 16 are two very important dates for Mexican culture in general, and its gastronomy in particular. On the night of the 15th, the so-called Grito de la Independencia is celebrated, a day that commemorates such an important historical event for the country as the beginning of the struggle for its independence back in 1810. As if that were not enough, every September 16, one of the most emblematic dishes of its gastronomy is honored: guacamole. So we have decided to make a route through different Mexican restaurants in Madrid to enjoy a delicious guacamole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
