Shortly before celebrating its second anniversary, it has just released a new menu that is an improved gastronomic experience inspired by Southeast Asia. With Nacho Vara as the mastermind behind the stoves, this fall ISA will surprise diners with reinvented traditional Japanese dishes. From September 14 to 24, the restaurant will participate in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/en\/hotel-tapa-tour-is-back-a-tour-to-taste-the-most-gourmet-tapas-in-madrid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hotel Tapa Tour<\/a>, an initiative that seeks to bring the haute cuisine of hotels to everyone through different routes of tapas with food and wine pairing. For this edition ISA has prepared four tapas, including a beef Bao, Japanese curry and crispy tapioca accompanied by a glass of D.O.
