Sueca is the capital of paella. Therefore, it is not surprising that this Valencian town organizes the International Valencian Paella Contest, which chooses the best paella in the world. This weekend the 62nd edition was held, and the winner was a restaurant from Sueca: Sequial 20<\/a>. The Valencian restaurant takes over from Crocus Servicios Gastron\u00f3micos, from Mexico, which won last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
