FRIDAY 25TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Summer may be coming to an end, but not our desire to live it. With that in mind, Friday will be dedicated to the seventh art with an evening film session at ‘Cibeles de Cine<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n\n\n

There they will screen the film ‘Babylon<\/strong>‘ directed by Damien Chazelle, the period comedy-drama that takes place in the 1920s, and follows the rise and fall of its characters in Hollywood’s transition from silent to talkies; amidst a wild ecosystem of ambition and unbridled excess. From that outdoor stage we will go into a basement or club and \/ or The Bassement Club<\/strong>. This Friday will welcome the new season with the ‘Opening Party w\/ Indiara Paganotto<\/a><\/strong>‘, one of the most iconic djs and producers of international electronic music, who will make us dance all night with her eclectic mixes of groove, minimal and techno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 26TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This year, the PhotoESPA\u00d1A 2023<\/strong> festival hosts a series of exhibitions installed in invited venues, among which the one by photographer Roc\u00edo Aguirre stands out. Her exhibition ‘Roc\u00edo Aguirre [2008-2022]<\/strong>‘ hosts a visual itinerancy through the artist’s photographic and intimate collection, as a chronologically ordered generational report.<\/p>\n\n\n

A sequence of photographs in which colors are prioritized, by ranges of light, by taste, by memories or by beloved characters, projecting a fascinating mixture of memories, obsessions, work and inventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where can you find them? At UNOde50 Art Gallery <\/strong>in Caballero de Gracia, 24.<\/p>\n\n\n

After the exhibition, we will enter the Italian universe of Baldoria<\/strong>, the restaurant inspired by the idyllic island of Procida. In its square, full of colorful tables, and live music from a balcony, we will taste the delicacies of Ciro Cristiano<\/strong>, former executive chef of Big Mamma Group<\/strong>, in what is his first solo restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n

Its Mediterranean-Italian gastronomic proposal revolves around 100% artisanal cuisine through the innovation of tradition and\/or the cuisine of mamma and nonna. A fusion that culminates in delicious dishes such as their sourdough pizzas, their burrata or pastas like the plin gran Torino – three-meat ravioli with lemon zest. Not to mention its folkloric reinterpretations such as the ‘parmigiana di melanzane’ style croquettes or the tropea, an onion tarte tatin. Find it at Ortega y Gasset, 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 27TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday, we will carry out the Mexican gastronomic ritual of Ticu\u00ed<\/strong>, the latest project of Federico Rigoletti<\/strong>, chef of Puntarena. TICU\u00cd is the gift of my creative freedom where I mix Mexican flavors with the excellence of Spanish products’, says the chef about the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At one of the tables in their space aesthetically elevated by the Mexican studio JSa arquitectura<\/strong>, we will taste both their high-end elaborations and their creative mixology, starting with a round of sauces made on the spot with different chilies and degrees of spiciness, and their homemade tortilla chips, to continue with the birria wagy\u00fa tacos with tongue and their barbecued suckling lamb. Where? At Cedaceros, 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the evening, we will enter into an immersive and artistic experience at the Nomad Museum<\/strong>. A digital gallery that now presents the exhibition ‘The Mystery of El Bosco<\/a><\/strong>‘, in which the representative characters of El Bosco’s imaginary come to life, walk through ‘The Garden of Earthly Delights’, and decipher the enigmas hidden in his works.<\/p>\n\n\n
