This year, among the award winners have highlighted the chefs Paco Budia and \u00cd\u00f1igo Rodr\u00edguez and the restaurants Nudo (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tapasmagazine.es\/nudo-ibiza-el-t-de-oro-de-tapas-magazine-de-baleares\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">which was also Tapas Magazine&#8217;s T de Oro award in 2022<\/a>), S&#8217;Espartar and Sa Caleta. The event was attended by personalities such as Vicent Mar\u00ed, President of the Consell d&#8217;Eivissa, Rafael Triguero, Mayor of Ibiza and Carmen Ferrer, Mayoress of Santa Eulalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event took place at the Ebusus cultural center (on Paseo de Vara de Rey in Ibiza). Paco Budia, chef of Mart\u00edn Berasategui&#8217;s prestigious Etxeko restaurant in Santa Eulalia, who was unable to attend today, received his award for gastronomic relevance, thanks to his culinary work in making the Ibiza restaurant an obligatory stop for both national and international gourmets. The academics wanted to highlight &#8220;the excellence in the service offered by Jordi Cardona in the restaurant Sa Caleta&#8221;. The Brotherhood offers a local product of the highest quality and sustainable fishing with the Mediterranean.
