FRIDAY 18TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will start the weekend with an urban cultural plan within the cinematographic framework of CASA SEAT<\/strong>, which, this summer, presents an alternative cycle from the catalog of the streaming platform Filmin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

This Friday, we will attend the screening of the film ‘Mi Vac\u00edo y yo<\/strong>‘ by Adri\u00e1n Silvestre, one of the most promising titles of national cinema, which portrays the harsh reality of a young, androgynous and somewhat naive trans woman who wants to find her place in the world, staged in Barcelona in the skin of Rapha\u00eblle P\u00e9rez. After the film session, we will head to FiSer restaurant<\/strong>, one of the trendiest places in the capital that mixes culinary and aesthetic good taste based on the fusion of Mediterranean cuisine with exotic Latin American gastronomic proposals.<\/p>\n\n\n

Both its elaborations that prioritize local products and its careful selection of wines from the area are the backbone of the identity of this restaurant that defies conventional palates through special dishes such as its porcini, idiazabal and tartufo croquettes or its mussels with french fries and smoked tajin mayonnaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 19TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday morning will be dedicated to photographic art. In the space La Virreina we will put the focus (or the lens) on the exhibition ‘Miralda and Elle<\/strong>‘ dedicated to the photographic work of Antoni Miralda<\/strong> and his tribute to the Parisian fashion of the seventies.<\/p>\n\n\n

It is an exhibition that brings together the fashion photographs taken by the multidisciplinary artist from Terrassa for ELLE magazine between 1964 and 1971, which until recently had remained virtually unpublished. In them, he shows how he transferred the haute couture scene of the great French houses to less photogenic Parisian elements, such as traffic routes or areas of the industrial periphery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tucked away in the city’s Gothic Quarter, inside the creative luxury hotel Wittmore<\/strong>, is Contraban<\/strong>, a romantic restaurant run by chef Alain Guiard, which serves a proposal inspired by the emotions linked to the artistic process, accompanied by an ephemeral menu of local wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This menu, structured around feelings such as freedom, ‘blank’ or frustration, translates them into gastronomic form through dishes such as crispy cod and aioli croquettes, roasted eggplant with pine honey and pine nuts or his famous cardinal’s macaroni with Iberian secret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the evening we will activate the party mode to dance until nightfall at La Terrrazza<\/strong>, the most emblematic club in the city with Drop Open-Air<\/strong>: a dance music movement that sweeps Europe inspired by the Chicago and NY parties of the 80’s with which advocates an environment open to all, regardless of faith, race, social class, gender or sexual orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n

In this atmosphere suspended in freedom we can enjoy the set of Mousse T.<\/strong>, one of Germany’s most prominent producers who has crossed the boundaries of electronica. In addition to constantly releasing his own productions, he DJs all over the world with residencies at parties such as Glitterbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 20TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday we will continue exploring the exciting culinary scene that the city has to offer. This time, at Clara Barcelona<\/strong>: a restaurant that dances between industrial and cozy, between design elements and personalities of the effervescent art scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From its open kitchen are constantly coming out dishes and portions that put the focus on the Mediterranean and seafood, such as the ventresca with dashi sauce or the mi-cuit of carabineros, which can be paired with a selection of natural wines.<\/p>\n\n\n

After the evening, we will close the weekend with another of the most vibrant parties at national level: Brunch Electronik<\/strong>.
