If you arrive when ordering dessert you get this dish, you might find it a bit surprising because, apparently it is a meat dish. But it’s actually an ice cream called Wagyu Bingshu (literally translated as “cow ice cream”) and it’s the latest craze in China. This trompe l’oeil is a refreshing ice cream made with shaved ice, yogurt and frozen strawberry syrup with yogurt, which is what gives it that wagyu look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
