And he does so through the publication of a new cookbook entitled &#8216;<strong>ZAYTINYA: Delicious Mediterranean Dishes from Greece, Turkey, and Lebanon<\/strong>&#8216;, in which he includes some of his favorite dishes from his restaurant that encompasses the flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean from Greece to Lebanon and Turkey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaytinya, beyond naming her famous flagship restaurant that has been in Washington D.C. for 20 years-and two in New York-altering the name of the restaurant. -and two in New York- disrupting the dining scene, now becomes the locale and\/or the storyline that underpins this new culinary work. &#8216;It&#8217;s a region I&#8217;m in love with for its food, its people and, most of all, its history. I hope you like the 150 recipes as much as I do&#8217;, expresses the chef in his Instagram profile.
