And it is synonymous with nurturing, wanting to offer, caring, loving. To ignite the embers is to spread passions,&#8221; explains Figueroa.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The chef will thus reflect in this restaurant his interpretation of the ancestral and primitive technique of fire cooking, as an ode to Argentina and to the grill that is the backbone of the whole project.
