When singers go on a concert tour it is essential, in addition to taking care of their voice, to have a good physical preparation and nutrition. A show involves a great effort and wear and any setback can ruin the work done for months. For example, a bad meal, food poisoning or ingesting any inappropriate food or drink can have serious consequences, such as the cancellation of a concert -and all the millions of dollars in losses that would entail-.
