FRIDAY 14TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Friday we will deactivate the work mode to refresh our palate in the design igloo of Ikigai Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong>. An enveloping space that transports us to the New York of the 80s, where we will taste its new KOrto menu<\/strong>, which again reflects the Japanese culinary art of chef Yong Wu Nagahira through five passes that include dishes such as a vegetable tempura, three classic nigiris, three fusion nigiris, among which highlights the hamachi or scallop nigiri with foie gras, eel sauce, Maldon salt and spun egg. An explosion of textures and flavors that continues with the temaki of the day with ingredients such as classic tuna or salmon wrapped in a delicious crunchy seaweed, and ends with a mochi reinterpreted in different versions.<\/p>\n\n\n

At nightfall, an iconic moment will take place: Harry Stlyes<\/strong>‘ concert in Madrid. In the Iberdrola Music space<\/strong>, which has just opened with the latest edition of Mad Cool, the British pop singer and songwriter will make his fandom vibrate, with the energy, the show and the euphoria he transmits, to continue his tour ‘Love on Tour’ in which he presents the album ‘Fine Line’, with outstanding songs like ‘Watermelon Sugar’ or ‘Lights Up’.<\/p>\n\n\n

For those who don’t have a pass for the concert, or don’t consider themselves fans of Harry Styles, they can always opt for an open-air evening cinema session <\/strong>at the Hotel Emperador<\/strong>. There, on Friday night they will screen ‘Kika<\/strong>‘, one of the most representative films of Almod\u00f3var’s filmography in which Ver\u00f3nica Forqu\u00e9 gave life to a naive makeup artist who one day receives a very special assignment: to make up a dead man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY 15TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday, we will practice the ‘clean eating’ philosophy in the Healthy Poke <\/strong>corner located in the Food Hall of Galer\u00edas Canalejas<\/strong>, the luxury gastronomy gallery of the capital that displays more than 20 spaces of different culinary specialties.<\/p>\n\n\n

At Healthy Poke, we will choose one of our favorite poke bowls: the tuna and truffle poke bowl, with a base of sushi rice with red tuna, tomato confit, avocado slices, poached egg, crispy onion and light truffle sauce made with 100% natural ingredients. For dessert? an exquisite passion fruit and chia pie.<\/p>\n\n\n

On Saturday night we have an appointment with The Madrid Edition<\/strong>, and the new cocktails of Brandy Carlos I<\/strong> to celebrate the summer from the rooftop of the design boutique. There, we will be able to taste the three spirited varieties of Kombucha from Lov Ferments for mixology lovers, with flavors such as moringa, ginger and mint, another fruitier one with blueberry and lavender, and finally the mandarin, turmeric and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n

From that stage, we will move to Fitz Club<\/strong>, the capital’s new trendy nightclub located in the heart of Plaza de Espa\u00f1a, which evokes the atmosphere of the 1920s through an innovative concept in which technology and music go hand in hand among natural textures, organic shapes and vegetation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 16TH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday we will ‘brunch’ at ‘Brunchit<\/strong>‘ in Chueca, which offers a flexetarian and artisanal menu with ingredients inspired by the world, the earth, travel and different cuisines, according to its founder, Lydia Nieto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

There, we can enjoy their signature coffees made by baristas, as well as their extensive menu of dishes such as the ‘EGG Porn’ with organic eggs Benedict on brioche with spinach, avocado, turkey, melted cheese and hollandaise sauce; or the ‘Naughty Salmon’ made with two slices of sourdough toast with cucumber carpaccio, smoked salmon and homemade cream cheese, dill and lemon. They also offer a selection of sandwiches, toasts, burgers, salads and bowls.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the afternoon, we will relegate ourselves to contemplative life to close the weekend with a physical theater play<\/strong>, staged at Sala La Usina<\/strong>. \u2018La resta de les coses<\/a><\/strong>\u2019 is a play that ‘talks about the cost of bonds. How much does a sister cost? a friend? a mother? about the relational dynamics that an intimate relationship can adopt.
