Salads are a must during these dates, but if you get tired of the most typical elaborations, today we bring you a different proposal so you can try something different. Below, we detail step by step the recipe for German salad, also known as Kartoffelsalat -although that literally means &#8220;potato salad&#8221;, but in Spain we usually also add an ingredient as German as sausages-. Quick, easy and very tasty, take note!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">German salad recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg potatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 small red onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 package frankfurter sausage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bunch of chives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons Dijon mustard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g mayonnaise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chopped gherkins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml vegetable stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons white wine vinegar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes. Drain them, let them cool and cut them into cubes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut the onion into fine pieces and saut\u00e9 for a few minutes in a frying pan with oil. Add the vegetable stock to deglaze for 1 minute of boiling and add the vinegar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the same frying pan, pass the diced sausages for a few minutes to cook. Remove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a bowl, put the potatoes, onion and sausages together with the gherkins and chives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix well.
