Broken Shaker <\/strong>now extends its influence to the other side of the ocean with its European debut at the trendy avant-garde hostel in the heart of Madrid, coinciding with the expansion of its effervescent cocktail scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This iconic cocktail bar that made the ‘50 Best Bars<\/strong>‘ list, and won the ‘Best American Hotel Bar Award’ at Tales of The Cocktail in Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York, now transforms the hotel’s rooftop into an urban tropical oasis, amidst greenery, tiki-style bars and vibrant textiles that intensify the energy of the space and furnishings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BS SUMMER MENU<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Broken Shaker <\/strong>proposes for this summer a menu designed by mixologist Christine Wiseman<\/strong>, named the best Bartender in North America in 2023, who drinks from flavors from around the world, as we can see reflected in its liquid proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its vibrant menu<\/strong>, focused on seasonal produce, features elaborations such as ‘El Vato Swizzle’ with fresh watermelon, spicy cordial and lime juice; as well as the ‘Bitch Don’t Kill my Vibe’, which references one of Kendrick Lamar’s most iconic songs through a combination of lemongrass, basil, pineapple and lime juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The art of signature mixology will also be diluted in other cocktails such as the ‘Shell Beach Caipirinha’, with Havana Club 3 yr, cacha\u00e7a, St. Germain, Sichuan melon syrup and lime juice; or the ‘Trash Tini’, with Grey Goose, Bombay Dry, Luxardo Bitter Blanco and dry vermouth infused with roasted onion and celery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The offer just got higher with other creations such as the ‘Hey Richie’, with white vermouth, Aperol, olive essence, herbal bitters and sparkling water; or the ‘Cardi B (Boulevardier)’, with pineapple-infused Campari, Bulleit Rye bourbon and Cocchi vermouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
