It should be noted that in this country it is legal to raise and eat crocodiles that are not protected. The curious preparation has been dubbed &#8216;Godzilla Ramen&#8217;, due to its resemblance to the famous Japanese monster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The noodle place Witch Cat Kwai, located in Douliu in southern Taiwan, has created a dish of this typical soup that is composed of quail eggs, pork, baby corn, dried bamboo shoots, black mushrooms and diced fish paste. But the icing on the cake is a crocodile leg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As expected, the eye-catching recipe has quickly caught on and there is a long waiting list &#8211; according to what the owner told CNN, the restaurant is fully booked until August. Due to the complexity of the dish, the restaurant only serves two servings a day and is priced at around 45 \u20ac. This high cost is due to the complex elaboration process that takes three hours. First the crocodile leg must be cleaned, then rubbed with alcohol and then mixed with spices such as ginger, garlic and chives.
