On this occasion, the restaurant located in Alonso Mart\u00ednez has a new menu featuring the freshest flavors of the season. Meanwhile, in the &#8220;mountain&#8221; section, an exquisite 1 kg T-Bone is presented for the first time, which joins emblematic options such as the matured beef sirloin steak tartar with bacon and french fries. In addition, honoring seasonal products and respect for a quality raw material, will be offering exclusive elaborations outside the menu with bluefin tuna as the protagonist.
