It&#8217;s called Cultured Cr\u00e8me and is halfway between ice cream and yoghurt, although the brand insists it&#8217;s not technically yoghurt because it&#8217;s made with fewer than nine ingredients, including fresh milk, cream and real fruit, and has no artificial colourings from artificial sources or artificial flavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also slow-processed, using a fermentation process that is up to five times longer than traditional yoghurt to create a thick, creamy texture reminiscent of ice cream. Cultured Cr\u00e8me also uses a unique blend of dairy cultures that offer a milder taste experience as opposed to the slightly sour taste of traditional yoghurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new line of products is being sold in the United States since June and is available in six flavours: vanilla, strawberry, coffee, lemon, blueberry and black cherry.
