We love the arrival of summer because that means a lot of outdoor plans to enjoy the summer nights in Madrid. This year one of the most striking is the one prepared by the restaurant Villa Verbena<\/a> in the heart of Casa de Campo. If the location of the restaurant, its verbena atmosphere and its quality market cuisine are already enough reasons to visit it, now we must add the arrival of the ‘Veladas’, a unique proposal to make summer nights more magical. A different dinner with a special decoration where the protagonist will be the candlelight, as the thread of an unforgettable gastro experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For such a special occasion, Villa Verbena has prepared a menu for 59 \u20ac<\/a>, consisting of six passes in which the diner can taste from an appetizer of bloody mary tomato and lime\u00f1a cause to start, through a cucumber gazpacho with green apple and cilantro granita; grilled avocado with burnt chili sauce and white shrimp; and grilled seasonal tuna loin with marmitaco broth and piparras. In the meat section they will serve a Joselito Iberian pork tenderloin with roasted pumpkin, mustard juice and figs. And to finish, a delicious and surprising Thai fruit ceviche. In addition, the menu also includes three drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Villa Verbena’s magical ‘Veladas’ will be like this<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This very special candlelit dinner overlooking the Casa de Campo lake, the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral will also be a very exclusive plan for only 60 people per night. When the diner arrives at Villa Verbena, he will find a striking stand decorated for the occasion with candles and plants, and from there he will go to the gazebo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is one of the highlights of the experience. The central part of the dining room will be presided over by a floral arrangement hanging from the ceiling and an imposing table decorated with candles and other precious decorations that will make the dinner an unforgettable romantic evening. Another attraction of the evening is the atmosphere at the back of the restaurant. Although the front views are totally bucolic, its garden decorated with French-style furniture will be ideal to finish off the evening with the tranquility and comfort that a summer night in Madrid deserves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
