Google has decided to pay tribute to the espetos in its daily doodle. Thus, this traditional Malaga dish has become the protagonist of its home page with an animation of this typical fish. The espeto<\/a> is prepared mainly with sardines and consists of skewering, or piercing, with a pointed instrument, fish (or other foods) to roast them. In the chiringuitos of Malaga and the rest of the Andalusian coast, the espetos de sardinas are a real must on the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
