Every time he visits our country, it is usual for the Asturian to try different restaurants and promote those places he likes the most. This is what happened during his last visit to Madrid. It is a humble cuisine, seasonal and proximity, where you can try spoon dishes such as <strong>Callos with leg and veal snout<\/strong>, recommended by Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s. But you also have traditional tapas such as torreznos, ensaladilla, anchovies from Santo\u00f1a or seasonal dishes such as croquettes, artichokes or pickled partridge.
