It is located on the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island in the Maldives and is five metres below the surface of the ocean for dining among coral and fish. They also have a cocktail and champagne menu for such a special occasion. Located in Lindesnes (Norway), in the icy waters of the North Atlantic, this restaurant is a real jewel of architecture and design, the work of the Sn\u00f8hetta studio. It has been perfectly integrated into its geographical and marine context. Its sloping concrete tube, through which diners descend to a depth of 5.5 metres, also serves as an artificial reef. As for the food, the Michelin-starred Under offers a seasonal menu of fresh produce designed by chef Nicolai Ellitsgaard. Their Immersion Menu costs almost \u20ac250 per person. There are also different food pairings available, also for another \u20ac250.<br><strong>Where?
