But if we add a gastronomic proposal of haute cuisine with a chef of the stature of Paco Perez, things get even more interesting. Paco P\u00e9rez, who has four stars, has prepared a first class proposal through a tasting menu consisting of 7 dishes (3 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts). The menu will be served at the Festival restaurant before each concert and will be priced at 75 \u20ac. The lucky diners will be able to enjoy delicacies such as a Cream of almonds and black garlic, the Olive and anchovy tartlet, Baby squid and &#8220;Ol\u00e9&#8221;, Lobster and its Bolognese with souffl\u00e9 potatoes, Sea bass on its seabed and two desserts: the Tocinillo de Mar and the Iced Sponge of red fruits and chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the words of the chef, it is a simple menu, since it is served to many people and in a very short space of time, they have tried to be pragmatic and prioritize the quality of the product of the area, such as olives. Here attendees will be able to enjoy more than 20 food stalls, with a menu led by Menorcan chef Victor Bayo, including gyozas, sushi, burgers, rice, pizzas, hotdogs, cold meats, cheeses, vegan options and sweets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This is the line-up of Lazareto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This year Lazareto has once again created a varied artistic line-up to satisfy all kinds of audiences. Thus, attendees can enjoy 13 artists as diverse and iconic as Anastacia, Boney M &amp; Maizie Williams, Village People, The Christians, Gipsy Kings, Antonio Orozco, Sara Baras, Chambao, Tony Hadley, Earth, Wind &amp; Fire Experience, Rigoletto and Taburete. Undoubtedly, it will be a dream gastromusical days in one of the most special locations on the island of Menorca.
