FRIDAY 26<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The weekend is here, and the euphoria is already beginning to be felt. After resting, we will dress up to go out for dinner at one of our favorite places in the capital: El Bar Trafalgar. A neo-tavern where its pool table, signature cocktails and viral tapas make up a kind of fashionable ritual around a circular bar. In this bar we can enjoy classic dishes reinterpreted as a Russian salad or a croquettes of acorn ham, and accompany them with a series of spirits such as a Pisco Sour or a Margarita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From this gastronomic stage we will enter into another night where we will dance all night long with the sounds and the vibrant energy of the CHICA party at Sala Moondance. A collective session in which ERAM and Emir-B will debut from Brazil and Argentina with their high voltage mixes, while Chica Gang, the duo of Roc\u00edo and Albal, and Juguete will close this dream line-up with their electronic sets. SATURDAY 27<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday will dawn with a cultural and\/or evasive plan in El Retiro, tracing the itinerary defined by the Madrid Book Fair, which this year will have some 385 booths and 424 exhibitors, among countless publishers and authors with whom to get lost and delve into the vast world of reading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Already hungry and with some cult books in hand, we will head to Recoletos street 13 to eat at MUDR\u00c1: a plant-based restaurant with a pastel pink design that has become one of the vegans of reference in the capital. A place where you can taste the cuisine of the future through the sustainable and innovative elaborations of chef Matthew Kenney, who presents a creative menu in which different flavors, textures, colors and creative concepts collide. Our recommendation? The artichoke confit tiraditos with aji amarillo and almond emulsion, and his coconut dulce de leche cheesecake with almond cookie, dates, cashew cheese and dulce de leche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art will continue to stimulate our alternative agenda at La Casa Encendida, which is currently hosting the exhibition Picasso: Untitled. An exhibition of 50 works from the last period (and from the artist’s most prolific stage) in which 50 contemporary artists retitle and resignify his most representative works through different creative expressions such as ceramics, engraving, drawings or painting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY 28 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Sunday we will go beyond the classic brunch to experience it in an artistic format at NuBel. In the restaurant that houses the Reina Sofia Museum, represented as an elevated work of interior design, we can taste its eclectic menu between Iberian ham burgers, salmon pok\u00e9 or vegetarian, as well as its eggs benedict accompanied by mini-boller\u00eda, orange juices, smoothies of the day, or why not? a Bloody Mary or a Mimosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From this gastronomic experience, we will circulate through the effervescent streets of downtown Madrid until we reach the Sala Equis to attend the screening of the film “Aftersun”: the moving and acclaimed debut of Charlotte Wells, starring Oscar nominee Paul Mescal and Frankie Corio.
