If a few days ago the restaurant Tripea<\/a> presented the new ‘definitive’ menu<\/a> for its premises in the Vallehermoso Market, now the concept created by chef Roberto Mart\u00ednez has just announced a collaboration with the Only You Boutique Hotel<\/a>, located in Chueca, where it will install a temporary pop up exclusively focused on a gastro proposal based on ceviches and Peruvian food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specially designed to be shared, this fresh new proposal inspired by authentic Peruvian cevicher\u00edas, will be available for lunch and dinner from May 24 through July 30. Diners will enjoy Roberto Mart\u00ednez’s creations in an idyllic setting: the hotel’s interior courtyard inside a completely renovated 19th century mansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
