Rafa Zafra is in fashion. A few weeks ago we reported that the chef’s restaurant in Barcelona was the place chosen by Obama, Springsteen and Spielberg to dine before the Boss’s concert, and today we know that his Casa Jondal beach bar was the place chosen by the founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, to enjoy the products of the island of Ibiza with his wife, the journalist and actress Lauren S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The man considered to be one of the richest men on the planet has been touring the Balearic Islands for several days aboard his superyacht Koru<\/a> and this Wednesday he set foot in Cala Jondal<\/strong> to recharge his batteries in a beach bar that, despite having established itself as one of the most prominent in the world, was born just three years ago, in 2020. With an atmosphere that is hard to match and Rafa Zafra and Ricardo Acquista as chefs, the exquisite produce is brought in daily from the fish markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It could be described, without fear of being wrong, as the perfect beach bar,<\/strong> where you can eat barefoot, with your feet in the sand, with top quality products. Starting with fresh fish and including seafood. There is also a place for meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cooking points are close to perfection. All this, through a simple menu, uncomplicated at first glance, but with a lot of work and perfection behind each dish.
