The other attraction of the festival is, without a doubt, the gastronomic experience it offers. For this edition, they have counted with the collaboration of a chef of the stature of Paco Perez, with five Michelin stars. The Catalan chef has designed a seven-course Gastronomic Tasting Menu, which will include delicacies such as Lobster and its bolognese, or Sea bass on its seabed. And in the gastro part, Km0 products will be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gastronomic offer will also be completed with an outdoor street food area, which will feature more than 20 food stalls whose menu will be led by the Mallorcan chef Victor Bayo. You can taste gyozas, sushi, burgers, rice, pizzas, hotdogs, sausages and cheeses. There will also be vegan and sweet options.
