At Tapas we love restaurants with history and the history of La Nouvelle Famille<\/a> is one of those that we fall in love with. The new bar located in the Mallorcan town of Santany\u00ed was born from the wedding of its two founders, Marta Exp\u00f3sito and Manuel Paz, who celebrated their wedding there. Following the pandemic, Marta and Manuel decided to take refuge in Santany\u00ed in search of eternal summers. A few days before their wedding, destiny put them in charge of the last tavern in town, Ca’n Piquer, and they accepted the challenge. Thus was born La Nouvelle Famille (an idea on which their wedding also revolved). Their bar concept is based on those small family businesses, like those of yesteryear, where personal and professional life are constantly intermingled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
