The Third Forum of Autonomous Academies of Gastronomy<\/a>, organized by the Royal Academy of Gastronomy (RAG)<\/a> together with the Academy of Gastronomy of Ibiza and Formentera (AGIF)<\/a>, kicks off in Ibiza and we join this initiative by proposing a route through some of the best restaurants throughout the island. From April 20 to 22, Ibiza -and also Formentera- will become the gastronomic capitals to promote local products, as well as to discuss the future of the different Spanish cuisines, the Km 0 product and the professionals of this sector. And there is nothing better than to experience it, visiting some of the restaurants that we propose below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
