The restaurant Ugo Chan, brand new Tapas Magazine’s T de Oro award in Madrid, makes the international leap with the New York restaurant Llama San<\/a>, a Nikkei, Japanese-Peruvian, luxury restaurant run by chef Erik Ramirez.
