One of the Catalan singer&#8217;s latest stops has been in Mexico, at the Axe Ceremonia Festival held in Mexico City. As in all her concerts, <strong>Rosal\u00eda<\/strong> takes advantage of a few days to rest, go sightseeing and try the typical food of each place she visits. On this occasion, <strong>she has fallen in love with a traditional Mexican dish from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sinaloa.travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sinaloa<\/a> area<\/strong>, in the northwest of the country. It is shrimp aguachile and the singer posted a tweet saying that <strong>it was delicious and that it would be &#8220;a dream to learn how to make it&#8221;<\/strong>. Unsurprisingly, the post got thousands of responses explaining the recipe. Here&#8217;s the recipe for the shrimp aguachile that Rosal\u00eda has fallen in love with, in case you&#8217;ve also been itching to try it. Then cut them lengthwise, making a &#8216;butterfly&#8217; cut or a full cut, whichever you prefer. The prawns are usually served raw, or &#8216;cooked&#8217; by the lemon juice), but if you are reluctant, you can also cook them beforehand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next peel the cucumber and cut it into half moons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Squeeze the lime juice over the cucumber and mix with the serrano chilli, coriander, salt and pepper. You can remove the seeds from the serrano chilli if you don&#8217;t want it to be too spicy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the shrimp in a bowl and coat with the lime and chili mixture. Marinate in the fridge for half an hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then add the cucumber in half moons and the chopped red onion.
