Spanish culture is attracting more and more interest in other parts of the world. Whether for its rich and varied gastronomy, its deep-rooted cultural traditions or its beautiful landscapes, our country is attracting a lot of attention. Proof of this is the new documentary series that premiered on 20 March in the United States on the Cooking Channel. It is called Secrets of Spain and seeks to break with any clich\u00e9, showing the essence of Spain’s roots through a journey that begins in Andalusia and will introduce viewers to unusual corners of the south of the country, with gastronomy at the heart of the adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
