Dwayne Johnson is one of the actors who is most careful about his diet. He has a physique that very few others can achieve. To achieve this, in addition to hard training sessions, the actor also follows a strict diet with seven meals a day and a total intake of 6,000 calories every day. One of his main foods is cod. In an interview he confessed that he eats 400 kg of this fish per year, because of its high content of arginine, an amino acid that favours the increase of muscle mass. But, as well as being very rigorous with his diet, ‘The Rock’ also gives himself a day off to enjoy a well-deserved cheat meal.
