Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s is one of the standard-bearers of Spanish gastronomy and is always showing the world traditional recipes from our country. Coinciding with the growing craze on TikTok<\/a> for tinned fish, the Asturian has launched a plea in favour of this type of product and has revealed that it is one of the essential snacks that is never missing in his kitchen. Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s also showed how he likes to prepare them and even assured that it is going to become the next viral appetizer, so take note!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s loves all kinds of canned fish: from cockles, squid, barnacles, anchovies, mussels, sardines and, of course, a good tuna. According to what he said in his podcast, this type of food is never missing in his house to offer to his friends when they come to visit. He also always takes a few cans with him on his plane trips, “in case the food on the plane isn’t good,” he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
