Chef Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s has become a true reference in and out of the kitchen. In the United States he has created an authentic gastronomic empire, valued at more than 50 million euros, and he is also one of the most mediatic chefs in the world, thanks to his humanitarian work. But the Asturian has not forgotten Spain and also has several hotel businesses here. With his company Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s Corporation INC, he runs several restaurants in Madrid. One of them is La Cocina de Frente, by chef Carlos Garc\u00eda (under the supervision of Juanjo L\u00f3pez).
