FX&#8217;s <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.disneyplus.com\/es-es\/series\/the-bear\/52m6nx7HoP5F?irclickid=UW9Xq73GrxyNTNvR-GUvpUsJUkDSe3TdS3ZpQU0&amp;irgwc=1&amp;cid=DSS-Affiliate-Impact-Network-Skimbit+Ltd.-564546&amp;tgclid=0701004b-649f-4570-8200-1833637679be&amp;dclid=COnDotnotfsCFWoQBgAdgfIK-A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>The Bear<\/strong><\/a><\/em>, which in Spain can be seen on <strong>Disney Plus<\/strong>, premiered in the United States in June, and its &#8216;recipe&#8217; has seduced hundreds of fans. In it, Jeremy Allen White plays Carmen &#8216;Carmy&#8217; Berzato, a chef who returns to Chicago to <strong>take over the family sandwich shop -Original Beef of Chicagoland-<\/strong> after his brother&#8217;s suicide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Themes such as <strong>&#8220;family, food, the madness of routine, the beauty of a sense of urgency and loss of control,&#8221;<\/strong> as the platform notes, follow one another with a vibrant cadence, always on the verge of exploding. With so much drawing power, it was inevitable that <strong>one of the series&#8217; most iconic dishes, the Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich<\/strong>, would go viral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recipe for this juicy, slow-cooked sandwich of Italian-American origin is one of the most sought-after on the web, and we at Tapas are going to share it with you, along with <strong>two other iconic sandwich recipes from the big and small screen that you can also make at home: the meatball sandwich from Joey (Friends), one of our favorite foodies; and the Cubanito from Chef<\/strong>, which is succulence made into a sandwich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich from &#8216;The Bear<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One kilo of sirloin steak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons dried oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.5 tablespoons garlic powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.5 tablespoons of onion powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.5 tablespoons dried basil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.5 tablespoons chili powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 quarts beef broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 whole garlic heads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 large carrots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 quartered onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 whole celery stalk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 liter of soft giardiniera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 green peppers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sandwich rolls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trim the fat from the meat and season with salt and pepper.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once browned, remove the meat and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deglaze with the chopped carrots, celery and garlic and stir with a wooden spoon. Once it has risen to the bottom of the pan, deglaze with beef broth and stir.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mix the dried herbs, broth and seasonings.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add the meat together with the green peppers (previously cut).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for one hour.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Once the meat is cooked, remove it and let it rest until it cools.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remove the peppers from the juice and place them in another large pot over very low heat.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strain the liquid to set aside the onions, celery, carrots and garlic. Taste and season.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the meat has cooled completely, cut it into thin slices about half an inch thick and place it back in the juice with the peppers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>To prepare the rolls, cut them in half, place the meat, fill with the peppers and cover with the giardiniera.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dip each corner in the juice and wrap the sandwich with paper.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Joey&#8217;s Meatball Sandwich<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a meat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Half a yellow onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons thyme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons basil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Half cup bread crumbs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 cup red wine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 cup pine nuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cups marinara sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Italian rolls, about 6 inches thick<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 slices mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix in a bowl the minced pork, minced meat, onion, oregano, parsley, thyme, basil, breadcrumbs, red wine, eggs and pine nuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shape the meatballs and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the meatballs are browned, place them in the marinara sauce and let them simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While the meatballs are simmering, open the Italian rolls in half.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place one or two slices of cheese on the rolls and bake until the cheese is soft and melted (about 5 minutes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once ready, place 3 or 4 meatballs inside each roll with some of the sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To finish, sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The little Cuban from &#8216;Chef<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=eNwbdMwI0MU\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One kilo of roasted and sliced pork loin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 slices of cooked ham<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sliced cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mustard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gherkin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orange juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orange zest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To prepare the marinade, mix the garlic, parsley, oregano and orange zest and, once the mixture is ready, add the oil and juices and season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserve part of the marinade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season the pork with salt and pepper, cover it with the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator until the next day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake the pork at 200 degrees for two hours, covering it with aluminum foil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserve the pork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the bread and toast it.
