In today’s world of hospitality, either you reinvent yourself or you are lost. This is what happened at La Pe\u00f1a restaurant, on the outskirts of Lorca (Murcia). Until the beginning of 2022, its menu was based mainly on grilled steaks. But, as a joke, it began to offer a kind of free seafood buffet that went viral until it became a phenomenon -right now it is fully booked until May-. He reformulated the concept of the restaurant to what today is ‘Mariscos a lo Bestia’, a gastro show designed so that you can have a good time while Pedro Lucas Abellaneda, owner of the restaurant and nicknamed the ‘uncle of the shovel’ -along with the rest of the team of La Pe\u00f1a- offers you seafood in huge quantities served in a large wheelbarrow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
