He has become one of the world’s leading pastry chefs. C\u00e9dric Grolet has been awarded numerous prizes, such as the World’s Best Pastry Chef. People wait in long lines to get some of the delicious creations of this 37-year-old Frenchman, such as his famous croissants or his recent galettes des rois, typical of Epiphany. Grolet has also become the king of social networks, where he accumulates 6 million followers on his Instagram profile, and more than 3.6 million on his TikTok<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his profiles he posts all his pastry creations, characterized by an incredible and careful aesthetic<\/strong>, in addition to innovating in their preparation and proposing some striking trompe l’oeil, like these ‘quinces’ that we share, which he called “my cocaine”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
