Being at the forefront of the media spotlight, being Taylor Swift’s new partner, may well have been the reason for Travis Kelce to get into the food business by launching a line of barbecue-style prepared foods in conjunction with Walmart.
The American soccer player has just partnered with the supermarket giant to create Travis Kelce’s Kitchen, a collection of seven prepared dishes, including a variety of options that include burnt ends, small portions of charred meat that are typical of Kansas City barbecues.
To try the new Travis Kelce’s Kitchen line, all you need to do is heat the container and you’re ready to go. Walmart customers will have the following preparations available:
- Bacon Mac & Cheese: The typical Mac & Cheese covered in a cheddar cheese sauce with bacon bits.
- Brisket Burnt Ends & BBQ Sauce: It is slow cooked and caramelized beef covered with Kansas City barbecue sauce.
- BBQ Baked Beans with Burnt Ends: It has black beans and white beans roasted with brown sugar, bacon and onions, along with seasoned beef burnt ends.
- Burnt ends Brisket with Mac & Cheese
- Brisket in BBQ sauce
- BBQ Baked Beans with Sausage
- Sausage and meatballs in marinara with peppers and onions
