Tripea restaurant continues to expand its original gastronomic proposal of Peruvian and Southeast Asian flavors. In addition to triumphing in the Vallehermoso Market and installing a pop up in the Only You Boutique Hotel Madrid, the restaurant of chef Roberto Martínez Foronda lands in Las Rozas with its first food truck, called the ‘Baoneta’, within the gastronomic festival ‘ArriquiÑAM’, to be held from September 1 to 10 at the Multipurpose Center of the Madrid town.

The proposal of casual street food proposed by Tripea fits perfectly with the concept of ‘ArriquiÑAM’, an event that will bring together renowned chefs who will cook from elaborate dishes to more relaxed options to please all palates. There will also be live music every day and the little ones will be able to have fun in the playground area.

For this special occasion, chef Roberto Martínez has selected a menu full of baos – hence the food truck is called ‘baoneta’ -, mainly designed to eat with your hands and with all the Tripea seal. Attendees will be able to taste the chicken chili bao, the pork ‘pancetuki’ bao and the prawn ’empanao’ bao.

If you want to try Tripea’s food truck and many more things, make a note of the date in your diary to enjoy this great plan. In addition, the entrance to the festival will be totally free until full capacity is reached.
