For the second consecutive year, Lazareto Gastro & Music Festival 2023 returns, the most exclusive festival of the Mediterranean that this year will take place from July 27 to August 8 at the Castle of San Felipe de Menorca (declared of Cultural and Heritage Interest). A magical and unique environment where you can enjoy the best music with performances by 13 international artists and a quality gastro proposal with the haute cuisine of chef Paco Perez.
The location chosen this year is a spectacular cliff over the sea where attendees will enjoy a musical show by 13 powerful artists, including Anastacia, Boney M, Gipsy Kings, Antonio Orozco, Sara Baras, Chambao and Taburete. The other attraction of the festival is, without a doubt, the gastronomic experience it offers. For this edition, they have counted with the collaboration of a chef of the stature of Paco Perez, with five Michelin stars. The Catalan chef has designed a seven-course Gastronomic Tasting Menu, which will include delicacies such as Lobster and its bolognese, or Sea bass on its seabed. The price of the menu is 75 € per person.
In addition, following its premise of respecting the environment, sustainability will also be a fundamental part of the Festival, as there will be plastic free and zero waste, thanks to the use of biodegradable materials and ecofriendly packaging. And in the gastro part, Km0 products will be used.
The gastronomic offer will also be completed with an outdoor street food area, which will feature more than 20 food stalls whose menu will be led by the Mallorcan chef Victor Bayo. You can taste gyozas, sushi, burgers, rice, pizzas, hotdogs, sausages and cheeses. There will also be vegan and sweet options. And all this with incredible views.
