The terrace of BLESS Hotel Madrid (at Velázquez, 62) has just opened its season in style -with a party attended by personalities such as Mayor Martínez Almeida or presenter Lara Álvarez-.
The rooftop of the Bless has earned a place of reference on its own merits. Redesigned by the Lázaro Rosa-Violán studio, it offers spectacular views of Madrid, an emerald pool and a space with Balinese beds that will trap you until the sun goes down. Picos Pardos is the ideal place to enjoy those summer evenings in the capital that you know when they start, but not when they end.
Its menu of signature cocktails combines perfectly with a gastro proposal by chef Víctor Cuevas, where you can taste a fresh and avant-garde cuisine, with Nikkei inspiration. Dishes such as the sea bass tiradito with red onion, rocoto, avocado, ginger and crispy kale, the warm squid carbonara tartar, cured free-range egg yolk and Iberian jowl or the crispy red tuna tacos, chipotle mayonnaise and avocado, are some of its highlights.
A hedonistic menu
Cuevas gives great importance to seasonal produce, making a fusion of Spanish cuisine with other cultures. To prove it, you have the Hedonistic Dinners, with a menu created for you to taste it in their comfortable Balinese beds and live an experience in the purest hedonistic luxury. This tasting menu costs 75 € and includes delicacies such as caviar Oscietra Reserve, the BLESStacular homemade croquette of Iberian ham or sea bass ceviche aquanaria, among others. You also have an alcoholic cocktail and you can try their version of the piña colada.
In addition, for those looking for a little more ‘jaleo’, from Monday to Thursday they have the Blessed Hour, where you can enjoy a 2×1 in their signature cocktails from 16 to 19 h. While Thursday to Saturday (from 19 to 23 h.) they have prepared the Skyline by Martini, an evening full of magic, atmosphere and fun through cocktails, shisha and quality food.
