The creators of this curious proposal are the famous Pizza Hut chain in collaboration with the centenary Hong Kong restaurant, Ser Wong Fun, which specializes in snakes. It is a twist on a traditional dish, giving it a modern touch with this peculiar ingredient that attracts so much attention in the West.

This pizza, which has already gone viral on social networks, is composed of shredded snake meat, combined with black mushrooms and Chinese dried ham, which are essential ingredients to prepare the authentic traditional Hong Kong snake stew. It is a typical recipe of the region, especially in the cold months.
